Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Addiction Experts collects and how it’s used. Addiction Experts is run by Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC. You can contact us about privacy at adam@adamcox.co.uk.

What we collect

  • If you email us, we keep your email and anything you include so we can reply. Please don’t send detailed health information by email.
  • If you book or pay for a consultation or sessions, this happens on our booking site at courses.adamcox.co.uk, run on Systeme.io. Your name, contact details and payment are handled there, and card details are processed by the payment provider, not by us.
  • If you buy a download, this happens on our Shopify stores, which have their own privacy notices.
  • The habit check runs in your browser. Your answers aren’t saved or sent to us.
  • Our web host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. It may set essential cookies needed for the site to work. If we add analytics or advertising in future, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use your information

We only use your information to reply to you, arrange and deliver sessions you’ve booked, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you’re in the UK and unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
